Shipping Policy

Envelopes are mailed with USPS First Class Mail.

Your Greetings From Midgewild post will ship on the 1st of each month, unless the 1st falls on a Sunday or a holiday then your post will ship the next business day.

Since packages are sent First Class via USPS, tracking numbers are unavailable. We highly recommend signing up for Informed Delivery with USPS. This is a FREE service in which they'll notify you via email with scanned images of soon-to-be-delivered mail. Please click here to sign up https://www.usps.com/manage/informed-delivery.htm

Envelopes can take between 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on their destination. Weather and transport can affect the duration of the delivery. 

Please note that if you are planning to move, notifying your post office will only change your mailing address with the office but the information will not be forward to us. The result will be delayed packages and the possibility of a charge if they need to be resent. 

If you previously purchased one of the 3 or 12 month tiers and need to change your address within your subscription time period please reach out to us via our email, [email protected] within 7 business days of your next shipping date, and we will be able to send the next letter to the new address. If the notification is made after this period, the letter may be sent to the former address.

Please include the following information in your email and allow 1-3 days for a responce.

- An order # or email that you purchased with

- Name of the recipient

- Former and new address
